Raw meterial- soyabean seeds
Finished product-  Soya paneer,. Soya milk,and waste of seeds can be use for animals feed.
Cost and market price
Paneer- 110 per kg cost and 180 -300 Market price (depends on area)
Milk- 100 per LTE cost and 200-350 market price
Waste- 40 rs per kg.

Manpower- 2 persons are enough for 6 to 8 hours production.

Registration required in India-
FSSAI
Trade /business licence
Labour licence
And if you do packeting then Packeting license.
No GST required because it's tax free item.
